Mobile Licensing - Report a Tow Truck/Tow Operator Violation
All tow trucks within the City are required to be licensed with the City that they are operating in. An exception to this would be a tow truck being called to attend and transport the vehicle outside of the City of Brampton.
Some possible violations which may occur regarding the licensing of tow trucks include:
- More tow trucks than vehicles involved in the accident inside a 200 meter radius of the accident scene
- Tow Truck is not licensed to operate in Brampton
- Exemption person contacted to pick up vehicle by owner of the vehicle to tow out of the City of Brampton.
