While snow removal operations are underway, the City will only attend urgent, hazardous service requests. All other requests received while snow-clearing activity is underway will be closed.

Roads Maintenance & Operations is responsible for clearing:
- City-cleared primary roads
- Local residential streets and courts
- City-cleared sidewalks
- Walkways (some)
- School crossings
- Transit stops and shelter pads
- Outdoor municipal paid parking lots
